Quick answers
Getting started
What does UONE do?
UONE organises publicly available evidence connected with records submitted by an authorised organisation. It supports professional review and does not guarantee identity, location, contactability, or a particular outcome.
What information should I provide?
Use the approved spreadsheet and enter all reliable record details already available to your organisation, such as name, country, employer or company, email, mobile, and location. Do not invent missing information.
Can I start with only a name, phone number, or partial address?
UONE is designed for structured campaign records rather than isolated free-text lookups. Incomplete records may be processed when accepted by the template, but limited or ambiguous input can reduce useful evidence and increase manual review.
Why is an account or reference number included?
It allows results to be matched back to your internal record. It is not normally useful as public-search evidence and should not be presented as though it improves public matching.
Does UONE work with individuals and companies?
The spreadsheet can contain person and business-related information where the approved workflow supports it. The available evidence and interpretation differ, so users must review each result in context.
Quick answers
Search and processing
How does the review process work?
After an authorised campaign is accepted, UONE compares the submitted details with available public information, organises relevant evidence and possible contact or profile clues, and provides guidance for review.
How long does a campaign take?
Duration depends on record count, input quality, public-source availability, service capacity, and records that need additional review. Use the Workspace status to follow progress. Completion time varies and is not guaranteed.
What sources does UONE use?
UONE reviews information that is publicly available. Public availability does not remove your organisation’s responsibility to use the information lawfully, fairly, and proportionately.
Can I close the browser after starting?
Yes, after the Workspace confirms that the campaign was accepted. The campaign can continue securely, and you can sign in later to recover its current status.
Why can I not start another campaign?
Your account may already have an active, paused, or recoverable campaign. Resume or stop that campaign through the confirmed controls before starting another one.
Quick answers
Results and accuracy
How accurate are the results?
Accuracy varies with input quality, public evidence, ambiguity, and how recently a source was updated. UONE provides evidence and confidence guidance, not a universal accuracy percentage or guaranteed match.
What is the average success rate?
UONE does not publish a fixed success rate because records, countries, source coverage, and definitions of “success” vary. Results should be evaluated using the evidence links, confidence, and manual-review status supplied for each record.
What happens when no reliable information is found?
Relevant output fields may remain blank and the record may be marked for additional review. A blank field is preferable to an unsupported or fabricated claim.
What information may appear in the output?
Depending on available evidence, outputs may include possible mobile or email information, professional or social profiles, work or location clues, other useful links, evidence links, confidence, and review guidance. No category is guaranteed.
How recent is the information?
Recency depends on the date and quality of the public source. Users should inspect source links and avoid assuming that a visible item is current merely because it appears in a result.
Can results include information from another country?
Public evidence may refer to activity or profiles associated with another country. This does not prove current residence, and international information should be reviewed carefully for identity ambiguity and legal restrictions.
Can I export the results?
Yes, when exports are enabled and the Workspace confirms that data is available. Handle downloaded files according to your organisation’s security, retention, and access rules.
Quick answers
Privacy, legal and responsible use
Is using UONE automatically legal in every country?
No tool can make every use lawful automatically. The organisation must establish authority, purpose, proportionality, notices, retention, and any other obligations that apply to its organisation, records, and jurisdiction.
Can I use results for debt collection?
Only where your organisation is authorised to do so and the proposed use complies with applicable law, contract, internal policy, and fair-treatment obligations. UONE results should be reviewed and must not replace required human or legal assessment.
Does UONE notify the person being reviewed?
UONE does not directly notify the person or organisation included in a campaign. The customer organisation remains responsible for any notice, transparency, or communication obligations that apply.
Does UONE store or share submitted data?
UONE processes information as needed to operate, secure, support, and account for the service, subject to applicable configuration and policy. The Privacy Policy explains the categories and purposes; users should not submit unnecessary data.
Is the service only for legitimate business use?
Yes. Access is intended for approved organisations and authorised users with a documented purpose. Surveillance, harassment, discrimination, account sharing, safeguard bypass, and other prohibited uses are not allowed.
Quick answers
Usage, support and limitations
How are price and usage limits determined?
Commercial terms and account limits are set by the customer’s plan or agreement and are shown through authorised account or billing channels. Public guidance should not be treated as a quotation.
Are there hidden fees?
Charges should follow the applicable order, plan, or agreement. Users should confirm current commercial terms with their authorised contact before processing records; this FAQ does not create or change pricing.
What happens to unused credits or balances?
Treatment depends on the applicable commercial terms, expiry rules, promotions, or agreement. Review the current account information and contractual documents rather than assuming that every balance is refundable or permanent.
What if a result appears incorrect?
Do not rely on it. Review the source, compare the submitted identity fields, mark it for manual review where available, and report a suspected issue without sending unnecessary submitted-record information through ordinary support messages.
Is there a guarantee or refund when no useful data is found?
UONE does not guarantee that public evidence exists for every record. Any refund or credit entitlement depends on the applicable commercial policy or agreement and should not be inferred from the absence of a result.
