- Use UONE only for an approved organisation and documented lawful business purpose.
- Submit information that the organisation is authorised to process and that is relevant to the campaign.
- Limit access to authorised personnel with a genuine operational need.
- Review evidence, confidence, uncertainty, and source context before acting.
- Protect credentials, campaign information, and exported files.
- Follow applicable law, contract, professional duties, and internal policy.
- Report suspected security issues, incorrect access, or material result concerns promptly.
Prohibited activities
- Surveillance, stalking, harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or personal curiosity.
- Submitting stolen, deceptive, unlawfully obtained, malicious, or irrelevant information.
- Using outputs as the sole basis for legal, credit, employment, enforcement, or similarly significant decisions.
- Attempting to bypass authentication, account limits, campaign controls, audit, monitoring, or other safeguards.
- Sharing accounts, reselling access, impersonating another user, or allowing unauthorised third-party use.
- Uploading harmful files, attempting unauthorised access, disrupting the service, or trying to bypass protected safeguards.
- Presenting possible findings as guaranteed facts or contacting a person without appropriate authority and review.
- Publishing or distributing submitted records, evidence, or exports beyond the approved purpose.

Suspected misuse may result in investigation, sign-out from active sessions, campaign restrictions, account suspension or termination, and any other action required by law or agreement.
Report a concern
Contact the authorised account owner or UONE support. Provide enough context to identify the event, but do not send passwords, verification codes, or unnecessary submitted records.
