Contractual framework
Conditions of access and use
These public terms provide a general framework. An applicable signed agreement or order may contain additional or controlling terms.
Authorised access
The service is available only to approved organisations and authorised users. Credentials are personal, must not be shared, and may be suspended when misuse or compromise is suspected.
Organisation authority
The organisation is responsible for ensuring that submitted records, campaign purposes, user permissions, notices, and resulting actions comply with applicable law, contract, and internal policy.
Service operation
Processing time, availability, public-information coverage, and features may vary. Account limits, maintenance, or temporary restrictions may apply.
Results and decisions
Outputs are evidence-support information, not guaranteed identity confirmation, legal advice, or an automatic decision. The organisation must review uncertainty and remains responsible for any action taken.
Fees and account limits
Charges, credits, expiry, usage limits, refunds, and commercial commitments are governed by the applicable order, plan, or agreement. Public guidance does not amend those terms.
Security obligations
Users must protect credentials, devices, downloaded files, and submitted-record information, and promptly report suspected compromise or unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
Use must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Attempts to bypass safeguards, misuse personal information, interfere with service operation, or share unauthorised access may lead to restriction or termination.
Intellectual property
UONE and its licensors retain rights in the service, design, guidance, and related materials. Submitted records and permitted downloads remain subject to applicable rights and contractual responsibilities.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted to address security, non-payment, misuse, legal requirements, or material breach. Termination does not remove obligations relating to prior use, confidentiality, payment, or downloaded data.
Liability and warranties
Service commitments and liability limitations are governed by the applicable agreement and mandatory law. No public statement should be read as a guarantee that evidence will exist or be current for every record.
Changes
The service and these public terms may be updated. Material contractual changes should be handled through the applicable agreement or authorised notification channel.
Contact
Questions about commercial or contractual terms should be raised through your organisation’s authorised UONE contact or [email protected].
